So, what are the big moves the CEO makes to keep Rolex number one in the luxury watch market?

Hey, one of my top strategies has been all about pushing the boat out with innovative concepts, but perseverance on making sure it’s exceptional. We’ve been throwing a lot of cash into research and development, and it’s produced results, with big creativitys like the watch model and the model watches. This stuff we’ve done? It’s not just raised the standard for everyone else. It’s made us the front runner when it comes to high-end watches.

Another big one is our dedication to doing things correctly, like we’ve been doing for a while. We spend time to manufacture each watch manually, making sure everything is just how we like it. This quality thing has really paid off, with a pile of awards and many people who love our stuff.

You know, how do they keep the innovation going at Rolex without losing all the old-school style?

Mixing the old with the new is tricky, like dancing on a tightrope. We pay tribute to the tradition by respecting where we came from and all the founders did.

But we’re not just sitting back. We’re expanding the boundaries with new tech and cool designs too. Consider the Sky-Dweller. It includes all the traditional complications, but it also has a dual-time zone and a spinning bezel to maintain its novelty.

Okay, what’s the CEO got lined up for Rolex down the road, and how are they going to pull it off?

My main aim is to keep the excellence going, like we’ve always done. We’re going to do it by making sure we’re environmentally friendly, growing our global reach, and making our portfolio even better. We want to make watches that measure time but also represent a manifestation of luxury and something that lasts forever.

What’s the CEO doing to keep the gears turning and come up with fresh ideas at Rolex?

We need to sustain that innovation if we want to remain successful. I want to ensure our place is focussed on creativity and bold, and we’re gonna commemorate that.

We have a group that’s all about expanding limits, working with our clockmakers and designers to come up with something innovative. This teamwork is what’s made some real game-changing innovations for us, like the Oysterquartz watch and the Cosmograph Daytona watch.

So, how big of a role does the CEO have in keeping Rolex’s name for top-notch luxury watches going strong?

Keeping Rolex’s reputation spotless for quality and luxury is my top job. I make sure everything from manufacturing the watches to interacting with customers remains at our high standards. And I’m always involved, making key decisions on key decisions and staying informed with our vendors and craftsmen. It’s all about ensuring every Rolex watch as a symbol of high-quality.
